The hotel staff greeted me warmly at check-in. My room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable double bed. It felt cozy and inviting. I enjoyed the good Italian cuisine at the restaurant. The pizza was especially nice, and I appreciated the generous portion sizes. The hotel's location was convenient, just a short drive from Brussels Airport. I also loved the patio area outside. Noise from the street was quite noticeable at times, which disrupted my sleep. Despite these issues, I look forward to staying here again in the future.

It is close to my office
I had to pay for the hotel in the evening when I checked in as they said " the reception is not open in the morning" I always decide int eh morning if I want to have breakfast but had to do it here in the evening. I paid € 100 for breakfast which was very poor, (bad bananas, no cheese, burned croissants)

Bathroom layout lacks privacy and could use better plumbing adjustments!!! WiFi connectivity problems disrupted my ability to work!!! Air conditioning controls need improvement!!!

Is the second time I come to this hotel and I saw this time nice new rooms with a small terrase (small aparts). The breakfast is cheeper than last time 10 euros insted of 15 euros and more diverse. New reception and the restaurant is also changed in a nice style.

The rollercoaster I didn't see coming
Staff were responsive even upgraded my room after it wasn't cleaned properly. Location near the highway with convenient parking made travel easy.

Convenient Stay with Friendly Service
A pleasant stay close to the airport. The reception staff warmly welcomed me. I enjoyed a good meal at the restaurant, especially the tiramisu.

All good - we liked this great family run hotel - the food was freshly made and the staff were excellent. Close to a motorway, the location was excellent and good, near the airport. Btw, it was within easy walking distance of Open. The breakfast in the attached restaurant for dinner was astonishing.
The staff was discourteous.
